Lao, Swiss cooperation sees progress in agro-biodiversity initiative
VIENTIANE (Vientiane Times/ANN) – Laos and Switzerland are continuing their cooperation in The Agro-biodiversity Initiative (TABI) to alleviate poverty and improve the livelihoods of upland communities through sustainable land management.
TABI is a joint programme of the Lao Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), which began in 2009 and is now in its third and final phase (April 2017-September 2020).
